'KISS Symphony' DVD Continues To Do Brisk Business In Australia
November 4, 2003KISS's "Kiss Symphony" DVD is at position No. 8 on the Australian Music DVD chart after six weeks of release, according to the official web site of the Australian Record Industry Association (ARIA). The DVD, which features KISS members Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons, Peter Criss and Tommy Thayer playing classic songs such as "Rock And Roll All Nite", "Deuce", "Love Gun", and "Detroit Rock City" accompanied by the 60-member Melbourne Symphony Orchestra all sporting full KISS makeup, was released in the U.S. on September 9 through Sanctuary Visual Entertainment. As previously reported, a single-disc version of the "KISS Symphony" CD was released on October 7 through Kiss/Sanctuary Records.
